We have no quarrel with the members of the Mormon Church or Church Doctrines, Policies and Practices. Our Purpose is to bring about transparency in the Church's Financial Operations, and, where necessary, an outside investigation into the questionable and potentially unlawful practices of its Leaders.
In 1997, under the signature and direction of Gordon B Hinckley, a secret entity was created to place Church assets "Off the Books". This business entity was known as "Ensign Peak Advisors". Millions and perhaps Billions of dollars from the sale of Church assets were moved into this secret entity. An individual that specializes in high-risk investments like derivatives, futures and options, was placed in charge of these assets.
